This specimen was lot 33776 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $432. The catalog description[1] noted, "China: People's Republic gold Proof "Asian Games - Ribbon Dance" 100 Yuan 1989 PR69 Deep Cameo PCGS. An attractive and bright proof issue with full cameo contrast in the fields that proves utterly flawless."
