This specimen was lot 1743 in Jean Elsen sale 152 (Brussels, September 2022), where it sold for €135 (about US$163 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"CUBA, République (1902-), AR 50 pesos (5 oz), 2000. La rosa de los vientos de Juan de la Cosa. Flan poli. (republic of Cuba, silver fifty pesos (five troy oz) of 2000, windrose of Juan de la Cosa. Proof.)"
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 155.5 g, 0.999 fine silver, 5 troy oz ASW.
