Goldberg NY International sale 59, lot 2150

This specimen was lot 2150 in Goldberg's NY International sale 59 (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $552. The catalog description[1] noted, "Polushka 1852 BM. Warsaw. Authenticated and graded by NGC MS 62 BN (# 450141009-004). Choice uncirculated." This type was struck 1850-55 at Ekaterinburg (mintmark EM) and also Warsaw (shown here) 1850-53.

Recorded mintage: 80,000.

Specification: 3 g, copper.
