This specimen was lot 23530 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $660. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. Polushka (1/4 Kopek), 1851-BM. Warsaw Mint. PCGS MS-63 RB Secure Holder. Fully detailed with attractive warm reddish orange coloration. A SCARCE date with auction records for Mint State examples reaching as high as 750 Euros hammer (approximately $1,000 hammer at the time) in a 2014 Kunker sale." This type was struck 1850-55 at Ekaterinburg (mintmark EM) and also Warsaw (shown here) 1850-53. The weight standard given here is from Numista; the 3 g given in the SCWC is wrong.
