This specimen was lot 1294 in Jean Elsen sale 119 (Brussels, December 2013), where it sold for 90 euro (about US$146 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ALLEMAGNE, HESSE-CASSEL, Wilhelm V (1627-1637), AR Taler (Weidenbaumtaler), 1637 LH, Droit: Lion couronné rampant à gauche, entre 16-37. A gauche, une étoile. Revers: Sous le nom de Jahvé rayonnant, un fagot de blé plié par le vent, devant cinq maisons. Griffes et défauts de flan. Très Beau.
