This specimen was lot 5737 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €160 (about US$223 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-LÜNEBURG, FÜRSTENTUM, Georg III. 1760-1820. 1/6 Taler 1802, Clausthal. Prachtexemplar. Fast Stempelglanz. Aus der Sammlung eines Ingenieurs. This type was struck for George III 1793-1800 and is common.
