Jean Elsen sale 137, lot 850

This specimen was lot 850 in Jean Elsen sale 137 (Brussels, June 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"ESPAGNE, CASTILLE ET LEON, Henri IV (1454-1474), AV 1/2 enrique de la silla, Ségovie. 2e groupe. Avec lion au droit. D/ ENRICVS-:QVART: Le roi trônant de f. dans un quadrilobe, ten. une épée sur son épaule g. A ses pieds, un lion couché à d. R/ + ENRICVS: DEI: GRACIA Champ écartelé aux armes de Castille et Leon. En dessous, aqueduc. Fine fissure du flan. Très Beau. (kingdom of Spain, Castile and Leon, Henry IV, 1454-74, gold half henry of the chair, Segovia mint, second group, with lion on the obverse. Obverse: the king enthroned, facing, holding a sword on his shoulder, a lion couched at his feet; reverse: quartered arms of Castile and Leon, aqueduct below. Fine planchet crack, very fine.)"
