This specimen was lot 115 in Aureo y Calicó sale 448 (Barcelona, March 2025), where it sold for 8,000 € (about US$10,451 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "Enrique IV (1454-1474). Seville. Half castellano. Obv.: Castle, S below. +XPS*VINCIT*XPS*RENA. Rev.: Lion. +ENRICUS*DEI●GRACIA●R. Obverse and reverse legends interchanged and obverse legend begins at 10 o'clock. Very nice. Graded by NGC as MS62, no. 6771171-003. Top Pop. Rare, especially in this condition. EBC+. Ex Aureo & Calico Selection 2017, no. 82. Ex Aureo & Calico Selection 2017, no. 82." This rare issue accompanied a full castellano (also called an enrique). It was also struck at Burgos, Cuenca, La Coruña, Segovia and Toledo.
