This specimen was lot 1480 in Goldberg Sale 146 (Los Angeles, July 2025), where it sold for $180. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Saxony. 2/3 Taler (Gulden), 1693-SD. Leipzig mint. Johann Georg IV. None graded at PCGS. Lightly toned. PCGS graded About Uncirculated Detail (Cleaned). The Augustana Collection." This type was struck 1693-94 with several mintmasters. Another gulden of this year (KM 628) had four shields on the reverse.
