This specimen was lot 2100 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabruck, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €8,000 (about US$11,134 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SACHSEN, KURFÜRSTENTUM, Johann Georg IV. 1691-1694. 1/2 Dukat 1693, Dresden. GOLD. RR Winz. Kratzer, fast vorzüglich. (Germany, electorate of Saxony, John George IV, 1691-94, half ducat of 1693, Dresden mint. Very rare, small scratches, about extremely fine.)"

This type was struck 1691-94, along with a quintuple ducat and a single ducat (Fr-2758).
