This type was struck in 1924 for the newly organized USSR. It is the last silver ruble struck for circulation in Russia. The type is not rare but rather expensive in nice condition.

Recorded mintage: 12,998,000.

Specification: 19.99 g, 0.900 fine silver, .578 troy oz ASW, lettered edge.
