This specimen was lot 34747 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it was bought back for $840. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Russia: USSR Proof 20 Kopecks 1924 PR64 NGC. Bearing just mildest hint of a cameo contrast, with only the slightest wisps keeping it shy of a gem Proof grade." This type of 1924-31 is the last of this denomination struck in silver.

Recorded mintage: 93,810,000 + proofs.

Specification: 3.60 g, 0.500 fine silver, 22 mm diameter.
