This specimen was lot 23146 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. 2,000 Zlotych, 1980-MW. NGC PROOF-69 ULTRA CAMEO. Lake Placid Olympics: Ski Jumper. Hard mirror fields with frosted cameo devices. From the Vincent Alones Collection." This denomination was used to strike gold NCLT's 1977-89 with this weight standard used until 1981. This type was accompanied by a silver 200 zlotych (KM Y110).
