This specimen was lot 23144 in Stack's Bowers ANA Auction (Denver, CO, August 2017), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. 2,000 Zlotych, 1979-MW. NGC PROOF-68 ULTRA CAMEO. Mikolaj Kopernik. Hard mirror fields with frosted cameo devices. From the Vincent Alones Collection." This denomination was used to strike gold NCLT's 1977-89 with this weight standard used until 1981. Mikolaj Kopernik is known in English as Nicholas Copernicus, inventor of the heliocentric theory of the planetary orbits.
