This specimen was lot 1747 in Jean Elsen sale 165 (Brussels, June 2026), where it sold for €320 (about US$441 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIE, ÉTATS PONTIFICAUX, Clément XII (1730-1740), (Lorenzo Corsini), AR teston, 1736 H, Rome. D/ Écu dans un cartouche orné, sous la tiare et les clés de saint Pierre. R/ COMMODITAS VIARVM REDVX La Fortune allongée à g., ten. une roue. Belle patine. Superbe/Très Beau. (Italy, Papal States, Clement XII, 1730-40, silver testone of 1736, Rome mint. Obverse: arms in ornate cartouche, above, the tiara and keys of St. Peter; reverse: Fortune lounges left, holding a wheel. Nice patina, Extremely Fine/Very Fine.)"

This is a fairly scarce type. Another testone exists with the same reverse but with the papal bust on the obverse (Ber-2619). This type is listed in the SCWC for 1736 along with at least eight other types of testone, all scarce. "COMMODITAS · VIARVM · REDVX" boasts of the "return of good roads".
