This date is listed in the SCWC for 1721 for Innocent XIII (1721-24) to honor the Lateran palace. The other issue has a motto reverse (KM 779). The grosso was five baiocchi or one twentieth of a scudo. Many varieties were issued in the 1720's.

Recorded mintage: unknown but rather scarce.

Specification: 1.49 g, 0.917 fine silver.
