This specimen was lot 41360 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $480. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Hannover. Taler, 1726-EPH. Zellerfeld Mint. Georg Ludwig (George I of Great Britain). PCGS AU-53. From the Robert C. Knepper Collection." This type was struck 1716-27 and is common. It shares the wild man reverse with Dav-2077 but has different arms on the obverse.
