This specimen was lot 55562 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Pittsburgh, PA, August 2023), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Hannover. Taler, 1725-EPH. Zellerfeld Mint. Georg I Ludwig (George I of Great Britain). About Uncirculated Details -- Environmental Damage. From the Robert C. Knepper Collection. Includes ticket from Kuenker." This type was struck 1716-27 and is common. It shares the wild man reverse with Dav-2077 but has different arms on the obverse.
