This specimen was lot 41302 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $504. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Brunswick. Taler, 1763-IBH. Zellerfeld Mint. Karl I. PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, Unc Details. From the Robert C. Knepper Collection." This type was struck 1735-50, 1755, 1758-60, 1763 and 1775. Other thalers for 1763 include a leaping stallion thaler (Dav-2151) and a bust thaler (Dav-2146). Dav-2151 is the most available, followed by Dav-2145, shown here. Various mining thalers were struck during Karl's long reign but not in 1763.
