This specimen was lot 3148 in Sincona sale 57 (Zürich, May 2019), where it sold for 225 CHF (about US$268 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Erzherzog Maximilian III. 1612-1618. Taler 1613, Hall. Sehr schön. (Holy Roman Empire, archduke Maximilian III, 1612-18, thaler of 1613, Hall mint. Very fine.)"
This one year type is actually fairly common. Archduke Maximilian III (1558-1618) was never emperor but was briefly a pretender to the throne of Poland.
