This specimen was lot 10216 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €480 (about US$500). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Skilling, 1654. Copenhagen Mint. Frederik III. NGC MS-62. Scarce type. From the L. E. Bruun Collection. Ex: Johan G. Guildal Collection (Private Sale-1918)." This type, with oval arms on the obverse, was struck 1654-55. Another two skilling (KM 189) had flat topped arms. Two skilling was 1/48 of a speciedaler.
