Shown is an 1893CaM five centavos, of a type struck at the Chihuahua mint 1871-74 and 1886-95. This issue is common. Other mints include Hermosillo, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Alamos, Potosi, Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Guanajuato and Mexico City. The Chihuahua mintmark was changed from "CH" to "CA" in 1886.
Specification: 1.35 g, 0.903 fine silver, .039 troy oz ASW.
