Shown is an 1893CaM five centavos, of a type struck at the Chihuahua mint 1871-74 and 1886-95. This issue is common. Other mints include Hermosillo, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Alamos, Potosi, Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Guanajuato and Mexico City. The Chihuahua mintmark was changed from "CH" to "C^A" in 1886.

Specification: 1.35 g, 0.903 fine silver, .039 troy oz ASW.
