This specimen was lot 824 in Stephen Album sale 32 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2018), where it sold for $141. The catalog description[1] noted, "FUJEIRA: Muhammad b. Hamad al-Sharqi, 1952-1974, AR 10 riyals, 1970/AH1389, Apollo Moon Landing Program - Apollo XI, numbered 18349 of issue, PCGS graded PF68 DC." This state, part of the United Arab Emirates, issued a number of NCLT's in 1969-71 on dubious authority and then ceased, probably when its contract with the actual mint that produced them ended.

Specification: 30 g, 0.999 fine silver, 45 mm diameter.

Catalog reference: KM-4.2.
