This specimen was lot 2051 in Goldberg sale 112 (Los Angeles, September 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "China. 150 Yuan, 1994. First year of Unicorn series. Unicorn. NGC graded Proof 66 Ultra Cameo." This NCLT inaugurated another long-running series of commemoratives in addition to the panda and Chinese zodiac programs already in process.

Recorded mintage: 500.
