Rare type with the reverse legend under the crown reading from left to right. From the L. E. Bruun Collection. Ex: Johan G. Guildal Collection (Private Sale-1918)." One krone was four mark or two-thirds of a speciedaler. This appears to be the last krone struck with a bust obverse. This rare variety has "DOMINUS PROVIDEBIT" left to right; the more common variety ([[Denmark 1651 krone Dav-3567||Dav-3567]]) has "DOMINUS PROVIDEBIT" right to left.
