Stack's Bowers 2014 ANA sale, lot 30735

This specimen was lot 30735 in Stack's Bowers ANA auction (Chicago, August 2014), where it sold for $646.25. The catalog description^[1] noted, "MEXICO. 4 Escudos, 1836-GoPJ. NGC EF-45." Long^[2] notes this as a scarce date. This date is distinct for its horizontal lines on the left wing of the eagle.
