This specimen was lot 1516 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 2,400 CHF (about US$3,007 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Ferdinand II. 1618-1637. Taler 1624 B, Brünn. Äusserst selten. Sehr schön. Leichte Prägeschwäche. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand II, 1618-37, thaler of 1624, Brunn mint. Extremely rare, Very fine, Slightly weakly struck.)"

The Brunn mint was only active sporadically. In 1624, it issued a single thaler (Dav-3144 = KM 517.1), a triple thaler (Dav-A3145), a double thaler (Dav-3145), a double thaler klippe (Dav-3145A), another single thaler (Dav-3146, shown here), and a klippe thaler (Dav-3146A). Brunn, the capital of Moravia, is now in the Czech Republic.
