This specimen was lot 3585 in Sincona sale 20 (Zürich, October 2014), where it sold for CHF 400 (about US$501 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Taler 1622. (Interesting flan: this specimen has three spots (two on the obverse, one on the reverse) with unique features. The roundel had three flaws after rolling which were then filled with a plug of silver; no doubt to bring the weight up to standard. After the subsequent strike these plugs were still visible. Extremely interesting subject of study. Good very fine.)"
