This specimen was lot 1772 in Jean Elsen sale 156 (Brussels, September 2023), where it sold for €200 (about US$257 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"NEDERLAND, Koninkrijk, Beatrix (1980-2013), AV 10 gulden, 1980. Gepolijste Stempel. (kingdom of the Netherlands, Beatrix, 1980-2013, gold ten gulden of 1980. Proof.)"

This appears to be a private medal or fantasy as it is not listed in the SCWC or Peters and Mevius.
