This specimen was lot 33487 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $264. The catalog description[1] noted, "Republic 8 Reales 1870/69 Do-CP MS62 NGC, Durango mint. Light silvery toning with a boldly struck liberty cap. Quite nice for a Durango issue." The overdates (1870/69 and 1870/9) are priced the same as the regular date. Assayer CP is listed for 1852-64, 1867-70, 1873, 1877.

Specification: 27.07 g, .903 fine silver, .786 troy oz ASW.
