The first specimen was lot 545 in Aureo & Calicó sale 238 (Barcelona, November 2011), where it sold for 210 euro (about US$333 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"1809. Tarragona. 5 pesetas. Atractiva. MBC+. (Five pesetas of 1809, Tarragona. Attractive choice very fine.)"
