This specimen was lot 515 in Sincona sale 78 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 200 CHF (about US$240 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Alexander II. 1855-1881, 25 Kopecks 1857, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB FB. Extremely fine." This type is listed for 1832-58 and was emitted in substantial quantities at St. Petersburg and Warsaw. This date is common. Initials ФБ stand for mintmaster Fedor Blum.
