This specimen was lot 146 in Sincona sale 65 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 26,000 CHF (about US$34,229 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Poltina 1809, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB MK. Extremely rare. The rarest poltina of the type. 10 roubles according to Petrov. 10 roubles according to Ilyin. Old ink rarity mark. Attractive grey patina. NGC UNC DETAILS. Edge Damage. (Полтина 1809, СПб МД, СПБ МК. 10,29 г. Биткин 78 (R2). Чрезвычайно редкая. Самая редкая полтина этого типа. 10 рублей по Петрову. 10 рублей по Ильину.
