This specimen was lot 148 in Sincona sale 65 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 44,000 CHF (about US$57,925 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Poltina 1810, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB FG. Novodel. Very rare. Choice brilliant uncirculated proof with attractive golden patina. (Полтина 1810, СПб МД, СПБ ФГ. Новодел. 10,31 г. Биткин Н142 (R2). Очень редкая. Исключительно безупречно превосходный пруф с привлекательной золотистой патиной.)
