This specimen was lot 304 in Sincona sale 78 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 150 CHF (about US$180 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Catherine II. 1762-1796, Grivennik 1766, Red Mint. Very rare. 10 roubles according to Petrov. About very fine. Flan flaws." This is the scarcest of the three dates produced, 1764-66. The St. Petersburg mint also struck this denomination in silver (KM 61a.3), which product is much more available.
