This specimen was lot 33928 in Heritage sale 3049 (Long Beach, September 2016), where it sold for $352.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Elizabeth Rouble 1749 СПБ VF Details (Surface Hairlines) NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Attractive for the grade. From the Ohio Valley Collection." This type was issued from St. Petersburg (shown here) and Moscow 1742-51 and is fairly common tho not cheap.
