This specimen was lot 40744 in Ponterio sale 168 (Philadelphia, August 2012), where it sold for $881. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. Ruble, 1748. NGC XF-45. Elizabeth (1741-61). Nicely toned." This type was issued from St. Petersburg (shown here) and Moscow 1742-51 and is fairly common tho not cheap.
