Sincona sale 51, lot 3275

This specimen was lot 3275 in Sincona sale 51 (Zürich, October 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"1/2 Taler 1643. Münzmeisterzeichen Flügel (Hans Siegmund Federer, 1639-1653). Vorzüglich-FDC. Prachtexemplar mit feinem Prägeglanz. (Germany, city of Regensburg, half thaler of 1643. Extremely fine-uncirculated, Cabinet piece with nice mint luster.)"

This type was struck 1640 and 1643 and is rare.
