This specimen was lot 639 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €60 (about US$76 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Clément XII (1730-1740), (Lorenzo Corsini), AR teston, 1735, Rome. D/ Armoiries. R/ Dans un cartouche orné: URBE/ NOBILITATA et la date. presque Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Clement XII (1730-40), silver teston of 1735, Rome mint. Obverse: arms; reverse: motto in cartouche. about Very fine.)"

This is one of several testone issued for 1735. It is fairly common.
