This specimen was lot 50535 in Ponterio sale 168 (Philadelphia, August 2012), where it sold for $770. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY. Papal States. Piastre, Year 15 (1715). PCGS Genuine--Holed/Plug, EF Details Secure Holder. Clement XI (1700-21)." This date is a one year type struck in 1715. The piastra was the Italian equivalent of the German thaler.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 32.07 g, silver, 0.917 fine. The SCWC lists the weight as 13.21 g, which is manifestly wrong.
