This specimen was lot 632 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €70 (about US$89 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Clément XI (1700-1721), (Gianfrancesco Albani), AR giulio, an 17, Rome. D/ Armoiries. R/ Saint Pierre deb. à d. Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Clement XI (1700-21), silver giulio, year 17, Rome mint. Obverse: arms; reverse: St. Peter standing. Very fine.)"

This giulio is one of fifteen types but the only one for 1717. It is common.
