This specimen was lot 72908 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2022), where it sold for $630. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 10 Pesos, 1992-Mo. Mexico City Mint. PCGS MS-69. Top Pop example in PCGS, and as choice as one could hope for. Silver center with an Aluminum-Bronze ring." This specimen is one of a type issued 1992-95. In 1997, the type was revised to drop the "N" in "N$10" and the center was converted to copper-nickel from silver.
