Goldberg sale 116, lot 1218

This specimen was lot 1218 in Goldberg sale 116 (Los Angeles, June 2020), where it sold for $216. The catalog description^[1] noted, "Israel. 1 New Sheqel, 1995. Fox and Vineyard. Choice Brilliant Proof." This NCLT was accompanied by a 2 new sheqalim (KM 276), a silver new sheqel (KM 274) and a gold 5 new sheqalim (KM 277).

Recorded mintage: 837 proofs, Ottawa mint.

Specification: 3.46 g, 0.900 fine gold, 18 mm diameter.
