This specimen was lot 4166 in Sincona sale 67 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 75 CHF (about US$99 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"IRAN | Qajar Dynasty | Nâsir al-dîn Shâh, 1264-1313 H./1848-1896 AD, Machine struck coinage, always with the mint name Tihrân, silver coins. 1/4 Qiran 1311 H. Titles and name in wreath, mint below, rev. lion and sun above value in wreath, date below. Extremely fine."
This is the final date of a type struck AH 1294-1311. It was about the size of a half dime. Another type exists for AH 1311 (KM 893), with the date to the sides of the lion.

Specification: 1.15 g, 0.900 fine silver, this specimen 1.10 g.
