This specimen is louis d'or du Béarn au bandeau struck at the Pau mint, one of a type struck there for France in 1740-71. This specimen is counted as a better date, even tho its mintage is more than all the other mints put together for 1767.

Specification: 8.158 g, 0.917 fine gold, 24 mm diameter, reeded edge.
