Sincona sale 63, lot 825

This specimen was lot 825 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 80 CHF (about US$100 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Frankreich, konigreich, Louis XV. 1715-1774. Ecu au bandeau 1767 N, Montpellier. Sehr schön. Leicht justiert. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, écu of the ribbon of 1767, Montpellier mint. Very fine, Minor adjustment marks.)"

This issue from Perpignan is priced slightly less than double the common date (1768-A).
