Künker Auction 426, lot 3606

This specimen was lot 3606 in Künker Auction 426 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €410 (about US$581 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, FÜRSTENTUM Karl I., 1735-1780. Reichstaler 1748, Zellerfeld. Feine Tönung, sehr schön-vorzüglich. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Charles I, 1735-80, thaler of 1748, Zellerfeld mint. Fine toning, very fine to extremely fine.)"
