Brunswick-Wolfenbuttel 1712-HH pfennig
This specimen was lot 5520 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €160 (about US$223 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, FÜRSTENTUM, Anton Ulrich, 1704-1714. Einseitiger Pfennig (Schüsselpfennig) 1712, Zellerfeld. RR Vorzüglich. Aus der Sammlung eines Ingenieurs. Exemplar der Slg. Dr. Werner Koch, Teil 1, Auktion Dr. Busso Peus Nachf. 273, Frankfurt/Main 1970, Nr. 291. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Anton Ulrich, 1704-14, uniface pfennig of 1712, Zellerfeld mint. Very rare, extremely fine.)"
This uniface penny is listed in the SCWC as copper altho this example looks to be billon. It was struck 1705-08 and 1712-13.
