Künker sale 354, lot 5522

This specimen was lot 5522 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €1,600 (about US$2,227 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"BRAUNSCHWEIG UND LÜNEBURG, BRAUNSCHWEIG-WOLFENBÜTTEL, FÜRSTENTUM, Anton Ulrich, 1704-1714. 1/4 Reichstaler 1713, Zellerfeld. Von großer Seltenheit. Vorzüglich. Aus der Sammlung eines Ingenieurs. Exemplar der Auktion Gitta Kastner 9, München 1975, Nr. 1283. (Germany, duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Anton Ulrich, 1704-14, quarter thaler of 1713, Zellerfeld mint. Extremely rare extremely fine.)"
